When you purchase a new smartcard and use it for the first time, a pre-enablement period of 3 weeks starts. During that time you can watch Euro1080 HD-1 even though the smartcard is not registered yet.

Please make sure you register the smartcard before this pre-enablement period expires, so you can continue to watch HD-1.

Please keep your card inserted in the receiver, and the receiver tuned to HD-1.

The activation signal fromEuro1080 is usually transmitted within 1 or 2 days. If the card is still not working after 2 days, then please contact the Quali-TV helpdesk at helpdesk@quali-tv.com.
